How to set up your Messenger chatbot and connect it to your website

1. Log in to your Small Business Digital Platform and Facebook profile
2. Select Messenger chatbots
3. Authorise your Messenger chatbot with your Facebook profile
4. Connect your Facebook Page
5. Import the Small Business Digital Chatbot Template
6. Customise the text and images to your brand and your business services and add the Greeting message with buttons or quick replies. by following the onboarding tutorials 
7. Update your Emails transport with either your Google user account or set up a professional one with SendGrid.
8. From your Facebook Business Page (and switch your profile to your business profile), go into "Meta Business Suite" select "Inbox", and update the Chat Plugin settings by following the onboarding tutorials.
9. You can just add the code provided in the Chat Plugin settings and add it to your script widget on your website.

Tip: Before you set up your Chat Plugin, please make sure you have updated your website domain on your Facebook Business page.
